“TOTALLY RELAXING“
“After much research and spending lots of time cruising the net looking at different hot tubs we decided to talk with the folks at Northwest Hot Springs. We met Brad, Brian and the staff and immediately felt this is where we wanted to invest in our hot tub. They are very knowledgeable going through the whole process with us from installation requirements to delivery and subsequent set-up. We chose the Caspian and could not be happier with its performance. The up keep process is very simple and relatively inexpensive as compared to other models. We just did our first drain and refill in June. Everything went just like the book says. I was impressed as to how easy the tub was to clean and ready for refill. My wife is an avid gardener so she is in the tub every evening. After a hard day at the office, nothing is any better than going home, having a cocktail and getting into the tub. Totally relaxing! My only regret is not going to Northwest Hot Springs sooner. It has absolutely added to our quality of life. Thank you Northwest Hot Springs!”

“WHAT A LIFE”
This is our second Hot Springs Spa. We carefully reviewed service records, spa reliability and customer satisfaction before deciding on a Hot Spring Spa. We have had these two tubs over a fifteen year period and have virtually been service free. The Hot Spring customer service has always been friendly, courteous and most importantly helpful.

We use our tub on average about three or four times a week, but more frequent in the winter. With each spa (two locations) we have carefully made the spa blend into our love of gardening and outdoor living. We designed and built the spa surround area to compliment the natural garden and view setting.

In today’s busy pace of life the spa is a great way to to relax and have those quite moments of conversation without interruption from the telephone and TV. After working in the garden all day a soak in the spa with a glass of wine relaxes the sore and tired muscles and initiates the review of the days activities and plans for the future. In the winter a soak after dinner warms the body for an evening of comfort. The spa adds a wonderful dimension to our lives.

“LOVE IT”
Love it! We use our Tiger Bengal almost every day and often twice a day. Once in the evening especially throughout the winter months when there are stars to be seen and often early in the morning. We even installed a beach umbrella to ward off the rain and let me tell you, there is nothing cozier than sitting outside in warm (99 degree for us) water while it storms all around you.

What I really like about this spa is that the Bengal proved to be stone cold reliable and proved to be inexpensive to run. It is a 110 volt unit and the pump's power is more than adequate. The cover and cover hinge folds easily. The rest is pure therapy and relaxation. Of course, it helps that the spa is two steps outside of my bedroom door.
